These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Big Red's Guaranteed Clean (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

We provide general services related to carpet cleaning. The scope of services will be outlined in the estimate, work order, service agreement, or invoice provided to you.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Service appointments will be scheduled based on availability and agreed upon between you and our team. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement. We may require full or partial payment before services begin. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may result in a charge for the full service amount.

5. No Refund Policy

Payments made for completed services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue.

6. SMS Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your service, such as appointment reminders, service updates, and follow-ups.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services provided.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
